Due to Covid we are taking classes online this fall and winter. Our head coach has brought together 4 disciplines of training so you can get all your classes in one place!


* The Dry Land Training program commences October 5th and runs for 7 months

* Dry Land Training consists of weights, cardio, pilates, yoga and interval-circuit classes

* Dry Land Training provides classes, courses and sessions online

* The Dry Land Training program have levels of participation to include mindset training courses and sport nutrition course!


NOTE: all paddlers to include MEMBERS and NON MEMBERS are free to join the Dry Land Training program. Payment completes your registration.
